The total heatload within the house, whether by roof or walls, ends up at the uppermost level. The high heat load in the roof will eventually overload insulation and contribute to making comfort levels unbearable in the living area below. A Condor Kinetic Roof Ventilator will reduce the pressure in the roof
and allow the house to maintain better comfort levels. Air-conditioned houses, either refrigerated or evaporative, benefit considerably by having a Condor Kinetic Roof Ventilator installed, to eliminate air conditioner overload and reduce power usage. Ceiling registers are manually opened and closed on demand. This allows for efficient heat purging of an evening during summer and controls heat loss during winter months Electrically operated registers are also available.
